A Tribal title is a title issued by a federally recognized Native American Tribe. Tribal titles are most commonly issued in Oklahoma.
Because Tribal titles aren't issued by a state DMV, they require a few extra pieces of documentation to be legally transferable. Here's what you'll need to gather:
Original Tribal title, signed by the registered owner in the seller/owner section (see image below)
Notarized lien release (if there's a lien on the title)
Notarized signature, if the title has a notary section
Copy of Tribal ID
Odometer disclosure statement — this may be requested by the DMV
