How can I update the name on my offer or account?

If you're able to log in to your account, you can update the contact or owner name by clicking 'Pickup location' in the right-hand column and entering your updated information. Be sure to select 'Next' to save any changes.

To update the name on your account, click the button with your name in the upper-left corner and enter the updated information.

If you're unable to access your account or you need to change the payee name, contact us at 877-586-5692 for assistance.
