If you answered the condition questions indicating that you had a title and/or keys, you'll need to be able to provide them to the driver at or before the time of pick up. If you won't be present at the pickup, you can reach out to your carrier to discuss your options.
If you're not able to locate your title, you'll need to update your conditions to 'Not sure, I can't find my title.' in order to move forward with scheduling.
If you're not able to locate your keys, you'll need to update your conditions to "No, a battery, key, or fob doesn't work or is missing." and "No, it doesn't start (or requires a jump-start)." in order to move forward with scheduling.
