Why does my confirmation email say that the assigned tow company is in a different state?

Our carriers are sometimes headquartered in one state but actually pick up vehicles in many neighboring states. They set the areas in which they pick up vehicles, so if they’re physically located in a different state, it doesn’t mean they won’t come pick up vehicles in your neck of the woods
