Submit the application
In person at the Vehicle Licensing Office

Cost to obtain: $39.50 ($89.50 for Quick Titles)

If the vehicle was last titled outside of Washington
The registered titled owner(s) of the vehicle must apply for a duplicate title through the state in which the vehicle was last titled.
