If the vehicle was last titled in Nevada
Download and fill out the Application for Duplicate Nevada Certificate of Title within the Vehicle Forms tab
Submit the application
In person at your local DMV office
Time frame: 6 weeks
Cost to obtain: $20 when mailed in-state ($35 when mailed out-of-state)

If the vehicle was last titled outside of Nevada
The registered titled owner(s) of the vehicle must apply for a duplicate title through the state in which the vehicle was last titled.
