Download and fill out the Duplicate Nevada Certificate of Title
Submit the application
In person at the Department of Motor Vehicles
Time frame: 6 weeks
Cost to obtain: $20 when mailed in-state ($35 when mailed out-of-state)

If the vehicle was last titled outside of Nevada
The registered titled owner(s) of the vehicle must apply for a duplicate title through the state in which the vehicle was last titled.
