Some states provide additional documents that can be used to correct certain types of errors on a title. However, not all states or carriers can accept these corrective documents.

If you’ve made an error completing your title, you’ll need to reach out to your carrier to see whether the error can be corrected. If not, you can either obtain a duplicate title or reach out to our support team at 877-586-5692 to discuss options.
