Getting a duplicate title when the vehicle was last titled in Wyoming

The registered owner of the vehicle must follow this step:

1. Fill out the Wyoming Duplicate Title Application. You must visit your County Clerk to obtain it; the application may vary between counties.

The registered owner of the vehicle must apply for a duplicate title through the state in which the vehicle was last titled in.
