Download and fill out the Idaho Duplicate Title Application
Submit the application
In person at the Idaho Transportation Department
Time frame: 3 weeks
Cost to obtain: $14 + county fees (Rush Processing available for an additional $26)
By mailing the application to the location listed on the application

Cost to obtain $14+ county fees
If the vehicle was last titled outside of Idaho
The registered titled owner(s) of the vehicle must apply for a duplicate title through the state in which the vehicle was last titled.
