Getting a duplicate title when the vehicle was last titled in Arizona

The registered owner of the vehicle must follow these steps:

1. Download and fill out the Arizona Duplicate Title Application.

2. You can do one of the following options:

Bring the application to the Motor Vehicle Division.

Time frame to get the title: Same day
Cost to obtain: $4

Mail the application to the Motor Vehicle Division.

Time frame to get the title: 2-3 Weeks
Cost to obtain: $4

​Getting a duplicate title when the vehicle was last titled outside of Arizona
​
The registered owner of the vehicle must apply for a duplicate title through the state in which the vehicle was last titled in.
