Once your car has been picked up and processed, we will send you an email confirming the details of your transaction. If you need to locate the email, search your email for "Thank you! Here’s your receipt." We recommend you save this email for your records or to provide proof of sale where needed.
Note that it may take a few days for your vehicle to be checked in. If it has been more than two business days since your pick up and you have not received an email, our support team can look further into this for you.
